WhatsApp is truly the app that keeps on giving. This time, the messaging app is up to making it easier for brands to connect with their customers.
The app hasn’t rolled out yet, but you can expect it on Android in countries including Italy, Mexico, the UK and the US.
According to My Broadband, the app features brand profiles with access to contact details and acts as a platform for quick responses to FAQs.
Like with business pages on Facebook and Instagram, WhatsApp Business lets brands check out analytics and review metrics.
If you want to take your business to your desktop, the app is also available on PC through WhatsApp Web.
