Meghan Markle Is Launching a Collection of Workwear for a Good Cause

Taking the #BossBabe to a whole new level

The stylish Duchess of Sussex has been on a roll, flexing her fashionable flair this week. Soon after revealing that she guest-edited the September issue of British Vogue, Meghan announced that she’s launching a workwear capsule collection.

The clothing line is set to benefit her royal patronage Smart Works, a charity that aims to support disadvantaged and unemployed women who are entering or returning to the workforce. Our brains are just screaming YAS, YAS, YAAAS.

The collection will launch later this year, and we haven’t even gotten to the best part – for every item bought, one item will be donated to the charity. Yup, you can shop up a storm and feel damn good about it.

We are honoured to announce that HRH The Duchess of Sussex has become the Royal Patron of Smart Works. Today we welcomed The Duchess to Smart Works to meet our clients and volunteers. She heard their stories, dressed two clients and coached a client to help her start her own business. Whilst meeting with staff, clients and volunteers, The Duchess explained that “It’s not just donating your clothes and seeing where they land, it is about being part of each other’s success stories as women.” Kate Stephens, Smart Works CEO said “We are passionate about helping women be the best that they can be. As The Duchess said today having so many other women believing in you is the piece that makes Smart Works so special. As a global campaigner for women and their rights worldwide, The Duchess will shine a light on Smart Works, enabling more women to come to our centres and get the job that will transform their lives.” @kensingtonroyal

The Duchess of Sussex’s has collaborated with an impressive crew on the collection including designer and close friend, Misha Nonoo, and U.K. department store Marks & Spencer.

We are so excited to see what Meghan has envisioned for this empowering collection, so stay posted – like glued to your phones – because best believe you will see it here first!
