Here Is Everything We Know about Meghan Markle's Wedding Gown

Princess of Sussex

The gown is complete and safe in Windsor castle! Tomorrow is the big day. Prince harry will finally wed the gorgeous Megan Markle. While most of us will be mourning the loss of the handsome prince to his beautiful princess. We are totes excited and ready for the big day, we have not stopped trying to guess who will design her gown but we have some more info about her gowns and who is supposedly designing them.

Here is all we know about Meghan’s gowns:

What we know so far is that Markle will definitely have at least two gowns for the ceremonies tomorrow. She will walk down the aisle at the St Georges chapel in a design rumoured to be created by Ralph and Russo. She will change into a second look for the evening celebrations which will take place at Frogmore House. There a several big designer names swirling around in the fashion world about who will design her second gown, rumours include, Erdem, Stella McCartney and Misha Nonoo just to name a few.

Royal Protocol

No matter who ends up designing the gowns, it is royal etiquette that Meghan’s dress is not more expensive than The Duchess of Cambridge’s custom Sarah Burton Alexander McQueen gown. Just like the Duchess of Cambridge, Markle and her family will have to pay for her wedding gown.

Ralph and Russo designed Markle’s engagement announcement dress which makes them the biggest contenders for tomorrows big day. There are however also rumours that Christopher’s final goodbye as Burberry Creative director could be him designing the dress for the future Duchess. Meghan choosing a British designer would be a wonderful ode to her newly adopted home.

We are hoping that, despite Meghan having to follow royal protocol, she will find ways to sneak her own personal style which we love into her big day.

Meghan’s killer style

Should the Ralph & Russo rumours be true, Markle would likely be in something embroidered, detailed and modern, yet subtly sexy. The dress would most likely include lace and/0r a floral motif. However, without an official statement, it doesn’t seem to be signed and sealed as of yet.  Staying true to tradition, Markle has made sure that Prince Harry won’t see her gown beforehand.

We are holding onto our seats with anticipation to see what the future Duchess will be wearing on her big day. Bye, we’re about to go obsess over pictures of the Prince and future Duchess.
