If you find yourself rolling your eyes at every work email and every little task seems like it’s a personal attempt to drive you crazy, it might be time to take a bit of a time out. There’s no way everything can be all bad so maybe you just need to chill…somewhere far away from the office and your real life.
2. SAY WHAT?
Are you starting to forget things? Deadlines come, your usually foolproof system fails you and end up missing them? You can’t find your phone, which wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t for the 5th time in 3 days. Girl, you need to switch off your phone, pretend you’ve never heard of email and reboot.
3. I DON’T GIVE A …
If you’ve gone from being the girl with a neat house to the girl who might need to be rescued from the pile of dishes in her sink, that might be a sign that you’re not yourself. If you feel like you couldn’t be bothered to do all the things that usually make you tick, it might be time to schedule a spa day or a weekend away so that you can pull yourself towards yourself and still be a kickass version of yourself well into the end of the year.
4. HIBERNATION MODE
We get it; it’s cold and miserable out and your couch is really really comfy but if you don’t feel like doing anything, the winter blues may be setting in and you need to save yourself. Do something fun that has nothing to do with your responsibilities. That should make you feel energised to do other fun things when you come back to reality. All you need for the next few weeks is a good attitude and a beautiful coat.
