We’ve all heard about this and wondered if it’s truly possible – is the ability to achieve multiple orgasms in one sex session a myth? The answer is a definite NO! We’re not saying it’s easy but it IS possible.
Do more sexercise
Work your Kegel muscles (which you use to hold in your pee). Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet firmly on the floor. Tighten your pelvic-floor muscles and contract them for 10 seconds at a time, then relax for 10 seconds. Repeat this five times. These muscles also contract when you orgasm so regularly giving them a good workout will result in stronger, more frequent orgasms.
Focus on foreplay
And we’re not talking about a quick smooch or tickle. Don’t rush through it – slowly getting into it will heighten your arousal and make your orgasms more intense.

Have short breaks between each orgasm
Your lady parts are very sensitive just after you’ve climaxed. Wait for a minute or so before you stimulate that area but get your man to kiss your neck, boobs and stomach to keep you in the mood. ‘The stroking in other regions will keep your nerves and sensual energy on high alert while your nether regions cool off just enough to take his caresses all over again,’ says Rachel Carlton Abrams, coauthor of The Multi-Orgasmic Woman.
