Barbie’s Malibu dreamhouse exists IRL on Airbnb, and it’s only R900 a night

BRB, booking my flight right now.

Barbie's Malibu Dreamhouse

Grab your Barbie convertible, your favourite hot pink bikini, and three of your closest friends, because it’s time to live out your childhood dreams. It’s Barbie’s birthday, but we’re the ones getting the present, TBH. To celebrate 60 years of Barbie, you can now stay at Barbie’s Malibu Dreamhouse with Airbnb in Malibu, California. Pinch me, I’m dreaming!

If you’re looking for the perfect excuse for a girls weekend, welllllll, you just found it. But can we also talk about how amazing Barbie looks for 60?! Maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s Barbie Botox.

Barbie house amenities include an infinity pool with a slide, a fully stocked kitchen, a meditation terrace, and a sports court. And of course, everything is pink! Can I stay forever?!

Feel like a Barbie doll yourself with a walk-in closet where you can play dress-up and get your makeup and hair done with celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin and hairstylists from Mane Addicts Creator Collective.

Airbnb really wants you to live your best life, so its also offering a cooking lesson with chef Gina Clarke-Helm, a fencing lesson with Ibtihaj Muhammad, and Barbie’s ‘friends’ will even stop by the villa to say hi. Send over Ken, please!

Visitors will also take a trip to the Columbia Memorial Space Station and meet pilot and aerospace engineer Jill Meyers. If all that’s not enough, there will even be a personal photographer to snap the perfect Insta to give everyone else FOMO.

Booking opens on October 23 for a reservation from October 27 to 29, when this über luxe deal ends. Unfortunately, reports say the listing will only be available for four, but at about R900 (!!!) per night, this trip still costs less than the price of an actual mini plastic Barbie house.

I guess you really can live out your childhood fantasy without breaking the bank. Who knew?
