Marie Kondo — organisation expert and best-selling author of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up is about to change your life once again. The organisation queen is set to release a new book in April 2020. This time, she will use her expertise to help you organise your workspace.


The book is entitled, Joy at Work: Organizing Your Professional Life is a one-stop-shop to help you shave off unnecessary meetings, sort through that pile of paperwork and manage your buzzing inbox. In this edition, she collaborated with organisational psychologist Scott Sonenshein who also wrote the book Stretch: Unlock the Power of Less – and Achieve More than You Ever Imagined. These two powerhouses will change the way you look at your workspace and organisation skills. Yes, please!


You may remember Marie’s organisational methods from her hit Netflix show, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo. In the show, she teaches clients to tidy their homes with her legendary KonMari method. According to, ‘The KonMari method focuses on organising homes by categories of items, rather than tidying from room to room. There are five different categories: clothing, books, paper documents, “Komono,” which is essentially a miscellaneous category, and sentimental items, which Kondo saves for last because it’s the hardest one to navigate.’
