Olé! Highlights and Pics From the Gorge Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla Launch in Jozi

We’re only accepting Tanqueray cocktails this spring 😍

The launch of the one-of-a-kind Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla was a feast for the senses in the Tanqueray Spanish Garden. The venue, Beechwood Gardens in Hyde Park, was transformed to reflect the energetic spirit of the brand’s new addition, and the event was hosted by the gorgeous brand ambassadors Lorna Maseko and Blue Mbombo, whose excitement for the welcome of Flor de Sevilla to South Africa inspired all the attendees.

A Taste of Spain In SA

The event was held on Saturday 20 July 2019, we’re still daydreaming about it. The exquisite affair featured delicious Spanish food, a wall of citrus fruits, the most magical umbrella installation, live music, a gin masterclass and a Negroni fountain. Yes – Negroni, on tap.

The New Addition – Flor de Sevilla Gin

Tanqueray’s new offering is made from Seville oranges and there are notes of tangerine and coriander. The bittersweet flavours blend perfectly with Tanqueray’s original London Dry. If you’re looking for a delicious twist to a classic Tanqueray & tonic, this is it.

‘This new flavour encapsulates the spirit of Seville, and the sumptuous blend will bring a little bit of Spain to your occasions,’  said Tanqueray’s Innovation Project Manager, Refilwe Moswane.

Did you know? The use of Seville oranges goes back to Tanqueray’s roots when founder Charles Tanqueray used these world-famous oranges in his original 1830s recipe.

Are you ready to sip on the taste of Spain? All you need is Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, premium tonic water and an orange wedge!
