She’s the only woman in the office so one night I figured I’d try… To stand up to my boss and tell him it’s not okay to always ask her to make us coffee.

‘I pledge to speak out against sexism in the workplace.’

For 16 Days of Activism, and to raise awareness around gender-based violence (GBV) in South Africa, COSMOPOLITAN has invited eight male celebrities to take a pledge and stand up to everyday sexual harassment of women.

#COSMOMenStandUp asks men and people of all genders to stand in solidarity with women to create a united force for gender equality. For every pledge or engagement of support, COSMO will donate R1 to HeForShe, a UN Women-backed initiative that champions a systematic approach for a gender-equal and non-violent world.
