News has just been released that rapper Kanye West was released today from hospital, and will therefore be home for the festive season. Good news, at last!
Kanye West has returned home to his wife Kim Kardashian and two children, North and Saint, TMZ confirms. He left UCLA Medical Center under the care of Kardashian and his physician Dr. Michael Farzam, who was the who made the initial 911 call when West was admitted, according to the news site.
The rapper was hospitalised for sleep deprivation on 21 November after acting erratically at his trainer’s home. The behaviour is believed to be a result of a ‘nervous breakdown’ triggered by the anniversary of his mother’s funeral earlier this month. Some sources stated he was also still reeling from the aftershocks of Kardashian’s traumatising armed robbery in October, which reportedly gave him ‘nightmares.’ His mother-in-law Kris Jenner said he was exhausted from his ‘gruelling’ Saint Pablo Tour, which he had cancelled before being hospitalised, and fashion design projects.
Now that the 39-year-old artist is home, sources say he might still need further ‘psychological and medical treatment,’ TMZ adds.
The news comes after Kendall Jenner revealed backstage at last night’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show that everyone was ‘just praying’ for West, which was the most she would reveal when asked. Jenner’s sister, Khloe Kardashian, was in Paris last night to cheer on her sister, who gained her wings for the first time.
Kanye West’s release must come as a relief to his wife, who has been reportedly by his bed side while he has been admitted. Meanwhile, reports suggest filming for Keeping up with the Kardashians remains shutdown for this side of the year.
Get well soon, Kanye!
