I mean, is there anything Tamaryn Green can’t do? The former Miss South Africa has announced via social media that she has received her results and is officially a doctor.

The Paarl native was in her sixth year of studying at the University of Cape Town when she entered Miss South Africa in 2018. She then resumed her studies and finished this year.

She posted the good news on Twitter and Instagram with the caption: ‘It’s official, results are out. You can call me Dr Tamaryn Green.’

Celebrities like Connie Ferguson and former Miss South Africa winners like Rolene Strauss (who is also a doctor) and Liesl Laurie sent their congratulations to the beauty.

In 2015, while she was studying, she was diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB). After being treated, she entered the Miss South Africa pageant and worked to combat the stigma around TB.

We can’t wait to see what Tamaryn Green does next!
