Pippa Middleton has reportedly given birth! She and husband James Matthews welcomed their first child today at the Lindo Wing in London, People reports.
The baby boy, who arrived Monday afternoon, weighs 8 lbs. 9 oz. “Everyone is delighted and mother and baby are doing well,” a source said.
Pippa and James got married in the spring of 2017. She announced her pregnancy in a column for British magazine Waitrose in June 2018, although tabloids speculated that she was pregnant as early as April.
“I decided to use my own initiative and adapted my current exercise routine, adjusting the weight and intensity to what felt right for me,” Pippa explained of how she stayed fit throughout her pregnancy. “I work out for 45 minutes, three to four times a week depending on my energy levels, but ensured that the routines I did were lighter than usual.”
She also said she “noticed my body change but through exercise, I feel it’s being strengthened.”
Unsurprisingly, Pippa aced the maternity fashion game. Here she is at Princess Eugenie’s wedding last week.
