It’s been a tough couple of months for actress Enhle Mbali. She recently announced that she has filed for divorce from husband, DJ Black Coffee.

Further reports also claimed that she applied for a protection order against Black Coffee’s sister, Nomalanga Maphumulo, Black Coffee’s sister in October at the Randburg magistrate court.

Now Enhle’s domestic worker, Mpho Koetsi is suing her for R100 000 for unfair dismissal at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) according to City Press.

Mpho claims that she was fired two weeks ago because Enhle believed that she was gossiping about her behind her back to Black Coffee and his mother. She said that the accusation came from the fact that she was still on speaking terms with Black Coffee’s mother.

Enhle has not commented about the accusation, but the CCMA did confirm to the City Press that, ‘there is a case [GAJB 26390-19] and the matter is scheduled for December 9 at 2 pm. All CCMA awards are issued in accordance with the merits of each case in line with the provisions of the Labour Relations Act.’

Black Coffee has previously made a comment about the divorce saying,  ‘As much as there’s two sides to every story I will not discuss our private life in public, let alone speak ill of my partner or my in-laws, as this can only hurt the people we both love dearly. As Mbali has stated, our priority is to protect our children at this point. This is now a court matter, we ask for privacy.’
