Renowned South African visual artist, Nelson Makamo has added yet another accolade to his extensive resume. The 36-year-old artist created a captivating painting of a child’s face entitled “Vision of a limitless future”. The artwork formed part of the two-part cover series for The Art Of Optimism issue. The edition celebrates individuals who are changing the world through their optimism and guest-edited by the AH-MAZING Ava DuVernay. The second cover is graced by legendary actress Cicely Tyson. Can this get any better?!
