MAC Upward Lash Makeover Winners: Get Their Look

They looked stunning, and so can you.

ICYMI, we teamed up with MAC to give three  of our gorgeous readers a transformative makeover. They all looked stunning, so we obviously wanted to know exactly how we could re-create these looks at home. It’s not as hard as you’d expect: by following the steps below, you can create your very own Upward Lash makeover, no professionals required. Here’s how it’s done.

1 Moisturise your whole face with Strobe Cream. R410
2 Follow with Face and Body Foundation, applying it with a foundation brush. R450 (We used the Duo Fibre Foundation Brush.R500)
3 Neutralise and conceal undereye circles and blemishes with Pro Conceal and Correct Palette.R450
4 Blend ‘Peaches’ Powder Blush on the apples of your cheeks for a light flush of colour.R245
5 Apply Mineralize Skinfinish bronzing in ‘Cheeky Bronze’ just underneath the hairline and along your cheekbones to create a soft, contoured effect.R370
6 Highlight the high planes of your face with Cream Colour Base.R240
7 Create your desired eye-makeup look with Eye Shadow x 15: Warm Neutral palette. R1200
8 Run Eye Kohl pencil in ‘Teddy’ along your waterline and edges of lashes.R205
9 Give your pout glossy shine with MAC Mineralize Lipglass in ‘Precious Fruit’ – pat the gloss over lips with fingertips to create a glossy lip stain.R230

3 Blend some ‘Springsheen’ Powder Blush on the apples of your cheeks for a light flush of colour.R245
4 Highlight the high planes of your face with Cream Colour Base.R240
5 Mattify hot spots on your face (i.e. the sides of the nose, centre of forehead and centre  of chin) with Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder, using a fluff brush. R340

7 Add MAC Fluidline in ‘Blitz & Glitz’ along the upper lash line.R210
