Summer is around the corner, which means a lot of us will be slotting in those last-minute, strenuous gym sessions in hopes of getting our bods beach-ready. But for us working girls, we tend to avoid regular morning workouts in fear of arriving at the office looking like an oil-spilled, makeup train-wreck. However, there are ways to fresher post-workout. Here are a few tips.

Either style it in a braided ponytail or in a tight bun to prevent frizz and keep hair off your face and away from your neck (i.e. keep you cool.)
During workouts, your pores open to release sweat. When wearing makeup while exercising you will be creating a barrier that prevents sweat from naturally detoxing your skin. This, in combination with the oils from your makeup, will end up clogging your pores and lead to unwanted acne.
Facial Cleansing Wipes
These wipes will remove sweat and dirt, while softening and hydrating your skin.
A facial mist won’t only cool down your skin, it’ll also leave it with a healthy-looking, dewy glow.
Always keep your post-gym makeup down to the minimum. All you need to pack are a waterproof mascara, brow gel, a highlighting eye shadow, eyeliner, a lip and cheek tint and…
After a workout, your skin will want a little breather. Ditch any heavy foundations and create a more breathable finish with a BB cream or light powder foundation.
Blot your T-zone just before leaving the change-room to make sure excess oil or shine is kept under control.
