|1. You’re Drifting Apart||If the spark is dying, it’s time to bring the sizzle back. Be playful, kiss and hug more often and make an effort to stay connected through sex. Schedule ‘connection’ time, but don’t discuss your problems with each other then. This is the time for connecting, not complaining. When you do talk about issues, try not to be sarcastic – instead focus on talking about each other’s interests.
Don’t use SMS or e-mail to connect. Being physically together or at least making phone time for each other increases your endorphins and lets you reclaim your initial attraction.
