JODIE’S COLLISON’S CREATION
It’s called Strawberry & Ginger Collie. I wanted to make a drink that was awesome to look at, to taste and to enjoy. It’s easy to mix and is always a winner at parties. I used Collison’s White Gold Brandy served tall over ice with freshly squeezed lemon and ginger ale. Strawberry, ginger and lemon garnishes finish the drink.’
INGREDIENTS
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 shots Collison’s White Gold Brandy
- 2 wedges fresh lemon
- Ginger ale
- Sliced ginger and a lemon wheel, to garnish
METHOD
Place strawberries on a skewer, place skewer in a tall glass and fill with ice. Add the brandy and squeezed lemon wedges; top up with ginger ale. Stir gently with skewer, garnish and serve.
