||‘Cut out fatty foods and stock up on veggies to sleep better,’ says George. A moderate 30-minute workout at least four times a week will help you zonk out at the end of every day. Make sure you accompany each workout with a stretching session. If you’re emotionally drained, do some light weights training. ‘Try some bicep curls with dumbbells and switch on your favourite upbeat tunes to keep motivated,’ says George.
