Should I Exercise When Sick? pg4

Got a valid reason not to exercise? There aren’t any! Reese Witherspoon’s personal trainer, Michael George, shows us how to get up and go, even when…

You’re Feeling Achy and Fluey ‘Cut out fatty foods and stock up on veggies to sleep better,’ says George. A moderate 30-minute workout at least four times a week will help you zonk out at the end of every day. Make sure you accompany each workout with a stretching session. If you’re emotionally drained, do some light weights training. ‘Try some bicep curls with dumbbells and switch on your favourite upbeat tunes to keep motivated,’ says George.
