These chemicals are difficult to digest, and the body produces fatty tissues to store them. Stick with full-fat foods, but in smaller portions.
You Tell Yourself: ‘I take vitamins so I don’t have to eat healthily.’
You Tell Yourself: ‘If I give my liver a break every so often, binge-drinking is fine.’
You Tell Yourself: ‘I’ll start exercising when I need to.’
