They have great bodies, they're gorgeous - and they snack. Nutritionist Natalie Savena puts celebs' snack habits under the spotlight.

The Carb Addict: J Lo	Snacks On: Chocolate-chip cookies and sour cream and onion chips. Savena Says: 'Lucky J Lo: she can indulge in disastrous snacks and still look great. But you can only get away with eating a lot of these snacks if you have a full-on workout routine. If you don't, then choose chocolate flapjacks over cookies (and preferably only on occasion), so you get goodness from the oats and raisins. For a healthier savoury kick, try low-fat baked (not fried) chips.' J Lo Says: 'If I'm trying to lose weight, I just cut out carbs from my diet.' The rest of the time she snacks like the rest of us.
