1. Powder Most likely created around the same time as the wheel, powder blush (or ‘rouge’, as your grandmother likes to call it) is the most common and easy to apply. This is great, because it can be applied over matte foundation and translucent powder. It’s best to start lightly and build up the colour over a few well-thought-out strokes.
