While some COSMO girls want their experience to be fun and shop with a friend or your man, others want experienced and friendly staffers (preferably female) who only help customers when asked ('seen and not heard'). The majority agree that a warm and inviting environment is a must (nothing sleazy), and the store as a whole needs to be classy, upmarket, 'more proud, less loud'. If the store is discreet, concealed or camouflaged and no-one you know sees you enter, it'll be a plus.
