It was soon after graduating from both French and English drama schools that the talents of gorgeous Hugo Becker, best known as Prince Louis Grimaldi from Gossip Girl, were recognised. In 2010, the newbie actor was awarded the acclaimed Young Cannes Talent at the Cannes Film Festival, an achievement which led to his debut on-screen appearance with several character roles.

It was in this same year that Becker made his American television debut portraying the Prince of Monaco and love interest to Blair Waldorf in the fourth and fifth seasons of everyone's favourite TV series. In 2011, Becker appeared in a leading role alongside Greta Gerwig and Adam Brody in Damsels in Distress, directed by Whit Stillman, which closed the 68th Venice Film Festival and was selected in the Toronto Film Festival. It was the first film Hugo made in the US, and his first visit to that country, where he charmed everyone he came into contact with.

While he insists he's just a regular guy and that his childhood years were 'normal', we think his princeliness is beyond question. Swoon.
