Fashion Stylist		 How she makes the web work for her:
'Tags and adwords help me make sure my site is always visible. I try to drive people to my site whenever I can, for example, my web address is clearly displayed on the books I've published. By answering questions coming in, I can often suggest they go to the health topics section where they will find the answers they are looking for. My books and newsletters have references to the web and I post a free newsletter each month, with archived editions of all my past magazines. People can sign up and become a member on my site, which allows them special access to certain posts.'

How to make the web work for you:
'Most people go to a website to find out more about the person or the business, so make sure you have a friendly website. Constantly update your site and tell the consumer something about yourself, your product and what it can do for them. Remember, people are selfish, and they are looking for what they can get out of a product or site, so make sure that it is aimed at this characteristic.'
