Sexy Shoe Slip-Ups

Cute ballet pumps, sexy stilettos, power platforms – chances are, you have several pairs of each. But do you realise your shoes should come with a health warning? A report from podiatrists reveals that up to 80% of us have foot problems, and our shoes don't help the situation. Here's how to limit the negative effects…

HIGH HEELS The Problem: They don't look like a threat to your wellbeing, but like ballet pumps, flip-flops can cause posture-related pains. 'I've seen girls with black nails or broken toes after their flip-flop has jammed in the ground and their foot has shot out,' says Dave.

Foot Fix: Try swapping your flip-flops for gladiator sandals – which will be hot again next season! A contoured sole will support the arches and heels of your feet.
