REVLON TIPS FOR EYELINER Fashion trends affect how you line or don't line your eyes. But whatever the current eye fashion is, eyeliner does four basic things for your eyes: It gives sharper definition to eye shape, makes lashes look longer, makes eyes look larger and amplifies the whites of your eyes.

Dramatising With Your Eyeliner
Eyeliners come in various colours, forms, liquids and pencils. Pencil eyeliners are versatile designers and can be used to create the following effects:
• Thinly applied for a fine, natural looking line
• Applied more intensely for a more dramatic impression
• Blended or smudged for a soft, smoky look

Pencil Points On Eyeliner
Always use a freshly sharpened pencil for a fine line. For a smudged effect, use a sponge-tip shadow applicator, an eye shadow brush or a blunt, pointed eye pencil. When a pencil is softer than you'd like, refrigerate before using and when a pencil is harder than you'd like, soften it a bit by holding the tip between your fingers for a moment or two. When applying eyeliner, remember to keep the line at the base of your lashes. Rest the heel of your hand against your chin for more skillful application.
