She's the highest-graded woman in karate on the continent and is internationally respected for her contribution to self-defence tactics for women. Smit will teach workshoppers how to take charge and remain safe in a range of situations. She will also discuss crucial 24/7 safety tips. So, are you ready to kick some butt?
