THE BRIDGE
Lie on your back with your hands at your sides, palms down. Your right knee is bent, foot flat on the floor, and your left leg is extended straight up, foot flexed. Contract your butt as you lift it about 15 centimetres. Lower to starting position. Do 20 reps and then switch sides.

MAX THE MOVE: Hold the last rep for 20 seconds to tire the muscle.
