Tone Your Tush - LATERAL LEG EXTENSION

LATERAL LEG EXTENSION
Lie on your right side with your forearm on the floor. Your right leg is bent with foot behind you, left leg bent and raised in line with your hip. Contract your butt and extend the left leg so it's parallel to the ground. Do 20 reps and then switch sides.

MAX THE MOVE: Wear a 1kg ankle weight on the raised leg.
