Stand with your legs wide apart, feet pointed out to the sides. Hold 1kg weights at chest level, arms parallel with floor. Squeezing your inner thighs, bend into a squat as you simultaneously bring arms straight down.

Max The Move: Use 2kg weights to increase resistance.
