SINGLE-LEG DUMBBELL DEADLIFT

Stand with your weight on your left leg, and hold a 2kg dumbbell in your right hand in front of you. Keeping your back straight, slowly lean forward, and extend your right leg behind you.

Continue extending the right leg until your torso is parallel to the floor and your right leg is in line with your back. Straighten back up, repeat, then switch sides.
