Harley-Bar, a 4.5kg tone-up device ($39. 94). If you don't want to buy this product, you can substitute it with barbells or dumbbells in the same weight class. Then with your weights or Harley-Bar, do three sets of 10 reps of these moves three times a week.

What It Works: Chest and core
Unscrew the short ends from the bar and hold one in each hand or use kg weights. Lie face up with your shoulders centred on a stability ball – feet on the floor, knees bent at 90 degrees and your hips lifted. Extend your arms out to the sides at chest height, palms facing up and elbows slightly bent. Bring the weights together above your chest. Lower weights and repeat. |
