‘At this time of year, people often break the workout rules,’ says personal trainer Jenny Jolliffe. ‘They don’t eat all day, but think they can still exercise. Or they read at the back of a step class, as if being in the presence of other people working out will get them fit, too.’ Here are the worst slip-ups to watch out for.
