Stand straight, then bend your right knee, lean over, and touch the ground with your right fingertips (don't put your weight on your knee). Extend left leg to the side. Raise left arm straight up. After four breaths, switch sides. Repeat two more times. 'Your non-dominant side – the one you don't write with – is tighter than the other because you use it less,' says Martin. 'This opens it up to help the waist look symmetrical.'
