Fit All Over - TOTAL-BODY SQUAT

TOTAL-BODY SQUAT
Stand with feet shoul¬der-width apart, knees slightly bent, abs tight. Hold 1.5kg weights, arms at your sides. As you squat, raise arms, palms inward. Hold for three seconds, then press through heels to return to starting position. Do 15 reps.

MAX THE MOVE: In the second position, pulse for 10 seconds to work quads.
