Fit All Over - KNEE TOUCH

KNEE TOUCH
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees unlocked. With arms overhead and elbows slightly bent, clutch a 1.5kg weight. Raise your left knee as you bring your arms down. Return to starting position. Do 15 times, then switch sides.

MAX THE MOVE: In position the first position, extend your arms further behind your head to work your triceps.
