Is Your Job Making You Fat?

If there's one diet-buster that gets us every time, it's work.

'You're more likely to grab whatever's around than worry about diet-friendly options,' says Dr Stephen Gullo, author of The Thin Commandments (Rodale Press). If you work in an office that has food easily at hand, it's even worse. Whatever your weakness, he suggests these no-fail tricks:

SNACK ATTACK #1	You make/serve food. Solution: If temptation is never far away, always have a protein-based (meat, fish, eggs or pulses) meal before going to work, to make you feel full for longer. And stash a low-fat yoghurt in the fridge – the protein will stave off any hunger pangs.
